BDL-Schema, Finanz- und Servicesubstanzwerte
Für die Ermittlung betriebswirtschaftlicher Ergebnisse von Autoleasingunternehmen wurde vom Bundesverband Deutscher Leasingunternehmen e.V. (BDL), Berlin, ein Schema zur Substanzwertrechnungen (BDL-Schema) entwickelt, das sich in den letzten Jahren als Bewertungsmethode durchgesetzt und bewährt hat.
Die B.I.Leasing Informationsplattform bietet aufbereitete Daten zu einem Stichtag, um Substanzwerberechnungen durchzuführen. Die hierbei benötigten Informationen werden aus den unterschiedlichen Quellen zusammengeführt (Fahrzeugbewertung / Schwacke, Leasingsoftware, Buchhaltung etc.)
Die Betrachtung umfasst also nicht die aktuellen Fahrzeugwerte, sondern die Restwerte der Fahrzeuge zum Verkaufszeitpunkt, ausstehende Leasingraten (Finanz- und Serviceanteil) sowie die dazugehörige Kostenseite.
