Für effektives Performance Management ist zunächst die Definition von Kennzahlen erforderlich, die für den Unternehmenserfolg wichtig sind und diesen aussagekräftig wiederspiegeln.
Nach Definition des Kennzahlensystems ist die übersichtliche Darstellung von entscheidender Bedeutung. Darüberhinaus ist es möglich, sich jederzeit mit Hilfe eines PDA oder Blackberry einen Überblick zu verschaffen.
